Dynamic Weather Plugin

• PBO: DynamicWeatherPlugin.pbo
• Configuration: $mpmission:weather.json
• Dependencies: NONE

This feature implements the dynamic weather system. This allows the weather to behave more realistically.

• Be aware JSON syntax is quite tricky, always do a backup before editing.
• Edit and modify the CONFIGURATION FILE. The JSON file is self explanatory.
• A server restart is required for the changes to take effect.
